Spam: The other white meat

Over the weekend i added real support for delete, updated the templates to display the number of organizations when looking at a state or country view. I also made good progress in planning out and coding the category system. Right now the code is only in the dev cvs server which doesn't have anonymous cvs access, once i get sourceforge's cvs configured everybody will be able to get the updates directly for themselves.
